Today’s world is more interconnected than ever before. Yet, for all its advantages, increased connectivity brings increased risk of theft, fraud, and abuse. As we become more reliant on modern technology, we also become more vulnerable to cyber-attacks such as corporate security breaches, spear phishing, and social media fraud.
Law enforcement performs an essential role in achieving our nation’s cyber-security objectives by investigating a wide range of cyber-crimes, from theft and fraud to child exploitation, and apprehending and prosecuting those responsible.
Connect Safely: Cybersecurity Awareness
Weave a story around the given characters related to cyber-crimes. The story should include the problem related to the cyber-crime and the solution that can be provided for the same.
Make-a-Toon is open to students of VI & VII working in teams of two. Team members will be required to compete onsite at the DPSG Vasundhara campus, and must be officially registered for the Competition.
The purpose of the competition is to produce a Power Point Presentation /movie/story based on the competition topic/plot (announced on the day of the competition) using permitted development tools like Power Point, Windows Movie Maker, Sway.
Each school team will participate in a qualifying round –a written Technical Quiz based on MSPowerpoint, Windows, Movie Maker and Sway. The top ten scorers (school teams) for each event will be shortlisted for the final round.
• The selected 10 teams will be assigned a computer each.
• Each team has to use the given content (e.g. image, text, videos etc.) provided by the host school and frame a story, presentation or a movie on the same.
• The presentation should not exceed a time limit of 3 min.
• A one-liner text for the slogan has to be thought of on the spot and included in the
